First, fix and loosen the clamping mold seat of the elbow machine, then put the control panel in the manual mode, press the pipe clamping button until the end of the clamping process. At this moment, there needs to be a gap between the buns in the wheel mold, which can be adjusted by adjusting the screw of the bun holder.

Adjust the screw of the bread holder to make the bread holder and the wheel mold close.

Press the unclamp button to withdraw the bun, and then rotate the adjusting screw clockwise for about 1/2-1/4 turns.
