Operation Manual of Small Flange Machine

The staff operating the flange forming machine should understand the structure of the machine, and have some basic electrical knowledge. Connect the main power supply (with a leakage circuit breaker) to operate without load (the oil pump motor can operate normally after idling for 10-20min in winter). If the rolled strip steel is cut by gas cutting, the gas cutting metal slag, solder joints and accessories shall be removed first to ensure the service life and roundness error of the mold.

(1) Pre operation inspection

1. Check whether all lubricating ports are unblocked.

2. Check whether the reducer is filled with oil (gear oil must be filled before use)

3. Check whether the bolt connection of motor and reducer is firm.

4. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the gear slot.

(2) Operation process

1. The required dies for rolling profiles are different. Please select the matching dies for the profiles and adjust them properly.

2. Send one of the angle steel, strip steel, pipe and other profiles into the driving wheel and the driven wheel to connect with the other driving wheel. When the driven wheel is fed, loosen the fastening bolts first, and then fix the bolts on both sides of the driven wheel after the feeding reaches the scale.

3. Start the motor operation button to start the winding, and the speed is not easy to be too fast to prevent the rolling workpiece from jumping out and causing accidents. For example, when rolling small diameter flanges, the motor will rotate reversely and forwards, and the winding will be completed after several times of pressurization.

(3) Workpiece removal

The motor rotates to drive the workpiece to slide out of the mold. When the workpiece slides out of the mold, someone should control the workpiece to prevent it from falling to the ground and bumping.
